Zero-retention processing
Uploads stream into volatile RAM, the matching bank-wise parser runs, Excel/CSV/Tally XML returns, and statement bytes are cleared. Customer statement files are not written to disk or object storage.
Data we collect and store
- Profile: name, email, optional phone, hashed passwords.
- Billing metadata: plan, page quota, GST amounts, Razorpay order/payment IDs. Jemsky does not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or net-banking passwords.
- Optional Tally Masters: party ledger names and narration mapping rules — not statement PDFs.
- Local theme preference in your browser.
Advertising
On public documentation pages we may load Google AdSense. Login, register, converter workspace, profile, and admin screens do not include AdSense in the first HTML response and do not render Jemsky ad units.
Razorpay
Paid checkout is handled by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Jemsky receives success/failure, order ID, payment ID, amount, method type, and timestamps — enough to unlock a plan.
