Terms of Service — Razorpay billing & no refunds
Jemsky provides a web service for converting Indian bank statement PDFs to Excel, CSV, and Tally XML with zero statement retention. These terms are governed by Indian law. Last updated September 12, 2026.
Paid plans and GST
Paid plans are billed through Razorpay and attract +18% GST. After successful payment, fees are non-refundable.
Your responsibility
You must audit Excel/CSV/Tally XML against the original PDF before tax or statutory use. Jemsky does not practice as a chartered accountant for your clients.
Acceptable use
The service is for bank statements you are authorised to process. Do not upload malware or other people’s confidential files without authority.
